AISI D310-17 was developed based on the 2016 edition of AISI S310, North American Standard for the Design of Profiled Steel Diaphragm Panels. This supporting document provides five design examples that illustrate the application of the design provisions in AISI S310. Users should not use this document without first reviewing the design provisions included in AISI S310, and should refer to AISI S310 for terminology and equations used in this document.
